Telephone consultations
Personalised support for those who have experienced psychosis or have ongoing issues due to anxiety, depression, bi polar and schizophrenia.
Non-Judgemental approach
Our peer workers are able to help you solve any problem or issue you may be facing as a result of poor mental health.
home / Hospital visits
We can visit clients nearing discharge in hospital or at home after. We can attend CPA's or medication reviews.
